When it comes to building a festival, brand activation or exhibition from scratch on a short timeline, Crew Supply has the experience you can count on. From unloading trucks, setting up decor and scenic elements, building barricades and stages, setting up backline, operating lifts to place banners, and everything in between, our Production Crew is there to assist you with every step and work together to create that final vision. Our staff have worked on some of Toronto’s most notable events, including TIFF, the Toronto Jazz Festival, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Summit Toronto, the Canadian International AutoShow and the MMVAs.
We are experts at building LED displays and regularly set up and provide maintenance services for some of the largest LED displays in Ontario. We have built LED structures for both the live events and film industries. Our largest project involved working with CBS Studios to build a 70-foot wide, 30-foot tall giant LED Wall that is used to film popular TV series like Star Trek: Strange New Worlds and Star Trek: Discovery.

I have been depending on Crew Supply’s services for several years now and plan to continue to do so in the future. Personally, one of the important benefits services like Crew Supply has to offer is to take the edge off when labour is in high demand and the nature of the labour calls make it difficult to fulfill.
Getting staff for setups and strikes was a daunting task for us, we would often use family and friends, then one day a friend suggested Crew Supply. After meeting with their team and explaining our needs, we started using their crew at every setup, strike or operate job, and the best part is we can completely trust them to represent our company professionally with our clients.
WHY CREW SUPPLY
Crew comes well-prepared, with full PPE and a set of commonly used tools, and can meet the skill level and responsibilities of their assigned tasks. Our policies and procedures ensure there’s a high degree of professionalism and consistency in crew and service.
STRONG ON-SITE LEADERSHIP
Our Crew Leads will liaise with your staff on site to ensure that all staff perform their duties in a timely and safe manner. We prep our Crew Leads on the event’s goals and the specific details required for certain tasks. This will give you the time you need to focus on dealing with your client and managing your event or project.
At Crew Supply, we focus on building the right crew to match the technical specifications of your event or project. Our office team diligently reviews gear lists, production schedules, floor plans, and schematics so that we thoroughly understand the scope of work. This ensures the crew we select provides the best fit for executing your event or project.
LOCAL VENUE KNOWLEDGE
We work in all of Toronto’s major event venues. We’re familiar with the venues’ layout, staff and the little details. Knowing the proper meeting points, correct loading docks, in-house contacts for technical support all come in handy for events with tight turnarounds. We can anticipate issues and help facilitate logistics, so there won’t be any impact on your event’s production schedule.
