We prep our Crew Leads on the event’s goals and the specific details required for certain tasks. Our office team diligently reviews gear lists, production schedules, floor plans, and schematics so that we thoroughly understand the scope of work. We work in all of Toronto’s major event venues. We’re familiar with the venues’ layout, staff and the little details. Knowing the proper meeting points, correct loading docks, in-house contacts for technical support all come in handy for events with tight turnarounds.
